Hosted by our colleague Anna, the discussion featured Eduard Bernhart (Director of Alto Adige Wine), sommelier Bastian Winkler and our winemaker Philipp Zublasing, who shared valuable insights into the development of the new appellation system. The strong interest from the audience, reflected in many questions and a lively discussion, highlighted the relevance of this topic for the South Tyrolean wine community.
Following the talk, guests had the opportunity to taste UGA wines from Appiano/Eppan and exchange ideas directly with several producers who were present at the event.
