THE POWERFUL ONE
Life for Löss is truly not as easy: its vines have to sink their roots particularly deep, as it grows where the slope suddenly drops 120 metres from the Paulsner Feld steeply down into the Warth Valley. The Pinot Grigio thus draws all its strength from the intense sunlight and mineral-rich loess soil. The steep slope is a major challenge for both vines and winegrowers – making them equally strong, enduring and resilient!
