Wine Summit 2025 – and we were right in the middle of it.

From September 4th to 8th , 2025, the South Tyrol Wine Consortium together with IDM South Tyrol once again hosted the South Tyrol Wine Summit – the most important media event in the South Tyrolean wine world, held every two years. Around 70 international trade journalists and opinion leaders from 13 countries had the opportunity to experience first-hand the diversity, philosophy, and uniqueness of South Tyrolean wine culture.

Through exclusive tastings, fascinating vineyard tours, and numerous other events revolving around South Tyrolean wine, guests were able to discover the region, its history, and the people behind it.

We at Cantina Sankt Pauls were delighted to take part in several events and present our wines: from the elegant sparkling opening-aperitif at Castel Freudenstein, to hosting two international journalist groups with a vineyard tour and tasting in St. Pauls, all the way to the journalists’ dinner at Cantina Colterenzio under the theme “Wine Culture Meets Culinary Culture”. The final highlight for the press group was the evening event at Castel Maretsch, where we had the chance to exchange ideas with the guests in a relaxed atmosphere.

A new addition this year was the Trade Group, which on September 7th and 8th brought around 120 industry professionals – including sommeliers, wine merchants, and representatives from the gastronomy sector – to Bolzano, setting new impulses for the event’s development and reach. The trade audience was also well catered for: at the group’s opening event as well as at the NOI Techpark, where tastings and masterclasses took place over two days, we were able to showcase our wines.
