On 3rd February, our Kalkberg Pinot Bianco had the honor of being featured on the renowned Italian TV program È Sempre Mezzogiorno! on RAI 1, hosted by the popular Antonella Clerici and watched by up to 1.8 million viewers.
Sommelier Andrea Amadei introduced our “Pinot Bianco di San Paolo”, pairing it with a particularly successful combination: Polpette alla Romana by chef Gian Piero Fava. The pairing was praised as harmonious and expressive, highlighting the wine’s balance of roundness, tension, and freshness, as well as the uniqueness of our vineyard area. The footage of our vineyards, with the picturesque view of the San Paolo bell tower, adds a truly memorable touch.
